Osteopaths

Cranial osteopathy can do wonders for babies; the gentle release of pressure & tension from birthing can change an unsettled baby into a chilled one. Consider taking your newborn to an osteopath for a check-up, particularly if there was any birthing trauma (eg. an instrumental delivery, or a fast labour, etc), or for breastfeeding difficulties (eg. a stiff neck can prevent a good latch), wind or colic, or for generally unsettled babies. Always consult a breastfeeding counsellor too (local clinics, national helplines) as there's crossover between issues listed here.
